IDC HERZLIYA

November 2020 - Present

After beginning studies via Zoom, I quickly realized how important face-to-face interactions are in order to form genuine relationships. This is exactly why I planned a class meet-up outside so that I could meet the other 25 students who I am fortunate enough to call my classmates. I am looking forward to a year and a half of intensive studies in this global program and connecting with individuals with whom I would not otherwise have the chance to. In addition to intense yet informative courses, IDC is filled with quality people who I know will be a part of my life for years to come.

HOSPITALITY ADMINISTRATION
BOSTON UNIVERSITY

September 2013 - May 2017

I am honored to have graduated from Boston University's School of Hospitality Administration (SHA).  In a University of 16,000 undergraduates, SHA was one of the smallest schools.  With just over 400 students, my graduating class consisting of just 127.  The professors were industry leaders who were also concurrently practicing in their respective fields.  Learning from their relevant experiences enriched my education.  I benefited though small discussion and team-based projects, site visits, networking events, and a steady stream of industry speakers.  Treated as if we were already professionals in the field, we collaborated to produce exceptional ideas.

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA
SAN JOAQUIN HIGH SCHOOL

September 2011- May 2013

I began high school at Orange County School of the Arts.  Each day included 6 hours of rigorous academics followed by 2 hours of theater conservatory training.  In the summer entering my sophomore year, I found rowing and that I wanted to pursue the sport more competitively.  Given the intense practice schedule, I transferred to a local independent study program for the balance of high school.  To succeed in this program I needed to maintain my focus and self motivation...a great life lesson.  It gave me the flexibility to train and travel for races, taught me time management skills, and self sufficiency.
